“Sea Breeze is a stylish, comfortable and very pleasant place to stay.”

It’s conveniently situated a short walk from the local village where there are restaurants and a pub as well as shops. It is also close to Penzance which is also a short drive or even a good walk along the coast. The beach is literally on your doorstop and the views from the balcony overlooking the bay and St Michael’s Mount are breathtaking.

The beach near the Lizard was absolutely beautiful and would recommend visiting the Minack Theatre and St Michael’s mount . Welcome pack was superb. Would highly recommend .

“The apartment was lovely and clean, modern and well looked after, it had everything you need for self catering.”

The view was spectacular, couldn't fault anything about it. We had a lovely stay there, very comfortable. We thoughley enjoyed our holiday in Cornwall. The only thing we would mention is there is about 20 steps up to the apartment so anybody with mobility problems would would find it difficult. Otherwise fabulous.

The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully presented. A wonderful welcome tray of goodies greeted me on arrival which was much appreciated. There are great views over Mounts Bay from the balcony, perfect to sit out in an evening to watch the sun go down. Situated just minutes walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs it’s all that’s needed for a very relaxing holiday.

Buses outside the door, as well. Mary, the owner, was extremely helpful on the phone, and it was nice to get a few bits of food on our arrival - milk, scones, jam, clotted cream, bubbly. Our only reservation was the parking: the website indicated that parking on-site was possible on a first-come basis, but in practice there was only a space one day, even though the school holidays had finished. The car park about 3 minutes' walk away was £12 for 24 hours, or £50 for the week, which we didn't expect (and we found the app required was not the best). Minor, but irritating.... Oh, and hardly the owners' fault, but bad luck that the weather, after 2 months of unremitting sun turned into a week of torrential showers, driven by very strong winds!!

Lovely restaurant and a great view of ST Michael’s mount I’d recommend you use the long stay car park as the car park to the apartment is very tight as I clipped the wall on the way out. But would definitely stay here again

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with lots of extra touches that all help to make your holiday just that little bit better. The many welcome treats were such a lovely touch and really got our holiday off to a great start. Thank you Paul & Mary, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The owners also went the extra mile to assist us with an early check in. This accommodation is now on our favourites list. Well done to both the owners and Sykes Cottages for what was an easy booking experience as well as the holiday we hoped it would be.

A great location for visitng the sights on foot, by car and by bus. Marazion is a friendly little town on the coastal path with good choice of cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. We would definitely stay at Sea Reeze again.

Owners very helpful and welcoming, with a cream tea to make us feel at home and on holiday from the very start. View from the sitting room and balcony is superb, whatever the weather (and we seemed to have quite a mixture). A real treat to be able to breakfast outside, where we were later glad the furniture was solid enough to withstand the gale that followed. Only tiny quibble was a slightly eccentric towel rail ... and the new car parking fees opposite (published £50 for the week turned into 84, which we are negotiating with the agency). We will definitely come again, and are just deciding on a date.

It had everything you could wish for, including an incredible view of St Michael's Mount and the coast line. The positioning of the apartment means that an easy walk into Penzance and beyond is achievable and a good bus service runs directly past the apartment should you wish only to walk one way. One comment on getting into the apartment is that you have to climb around 20 steps on the outside of the building to reach the balcony, this is great for sitting on the balcony and watching the view, but if you are taking luggage up and down it may be easier to take 2 smaller cases than 1 large. Overall, the property is a wonderful base to explore this area of Cornwall.

“We chose this apartment for the location to the sea and it was perfect.”

We arrived to find an immaculately clean and bright apartment with the most amazing views. We were welcomed with a cream tea, bottle of wine, snacks and milk and a lovely card from the owners with clear instructions and a parking permit for our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every aspect and would highly recommend. You can't beat waking up to the view of St Michael's Mount every morning, we even saw the Milky Way from the balcony. You can walk to Penzance from the apartment (3 miles) and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby and the bus stops right outside. Make sure that you pre book a table for dinner at one of the pubs in the village or you may be disappointed.

There was literally everything in it you could want. The views over the bay and St Michaels mount are awesome and we saw some great sunsets. I thought the balcony was slightly larger than it was but its perfectly adequate. Marazion is a lovely place and is a great base to explore West Cornwall and also the Lizard peninsula. Th parking permit is also great as there is no worry about finding parking when you arrive. I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again!! Paul and Mary were very helpful and the welcome goodies were a great treat on arrival!!

“After arriving in wet windy weather we were welcomed by a warm cosy apartment.”

It had everything we needed a real home from home. The scones and clotted cream were a lovely touch along with the wine and other goodies. Marazion is a lovely place to visit in November with beach walks and views to st. Michaels Mount. It is also a great base to visit Mousehole, Penzance and St Ives. Overall we had a great week despite the weather and will definitely return.

“Sea breeze at Marazion - what can I say?”

That we WILL return as so many of the lovely owners’ previous guests obviously have, from reading the visitors book. Marazion is the most beautiful and fascinating of places, a brilliant base to see other wonderful spots in Cornwall, and this lovely apartment was just beyond our expectations. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully laid out and beautifully decorated, it was a fantastic “home” for our week. There was a welcome of food goodies when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. That view from the balcony was as good as it gets, The Mount is a beautiful place to gaze out at, and fascinating to visit. We were obsessed with the causeway, and crossed it many times - going over in a boat was great fun too! We would highly recommend this property, and considered it to be very good value for money. It was a real selling point for us not to worry about car parking too, which can be a headache at some properties. We have made lovely memories here, and are sure we shall return to make more.

Every foreseeable and unforseeable situation had been thought about and provided for.The extra goodies (cream tea, Cornish biscuits,crisps an a lovely cold bottle of wine) were unexpected so a lovely bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better view,even if the weather is a little disappointing you could just sit by the window to watch St Michaels Mount and the world go by absorbing the atmosphere.We had a great week,Marizion is a lovely place.

Situated just yards from the long stretch of sand and glistening waters; a water-sports playground of sailing, wind and kite-surfing activity, the town has quaint curio shops and galleries to browse and pubs, restaurants and coffee houses to quench a thirst and satisfy a hunger after a stroll around the attractive arc of Mounts Bay.
