“We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was very helpful.”

Property is well equipped and was very clean. Ideal location for day trips to Bristol, easy to get to the park and ride. Great views from the property, and we enjoyed the outdoor space and local walks, especially the footpath to Dundry village. One minor issue: the proximity to Bristol airport's flight path. Flights stop at night and we became used to the daytime air traffic as our stay progressed, but we feel that it should be mentioned in the listing. Thank you, Richard, for making us so ...

Thank you for your lovely feedback. It was nice to meet you. I am glad you enjoyed your stay, along with the great views, outdoor space, local walks and pleased that you found my holiday home to be well equipped and very clean. I am sorry that you had a minor issue with aircraft traffic from the local Bristol airport. Bristol airport has several flight paths over the local Chew Valley area. I will recheck the listing and Liaise with Sykes regarding mentioning something within the listing regarding the local airport and flight path to ensure that future guests are made aware before booking. We get mixed reviews from guests, some like watching the planes, some don’t like them and others haven’t taken any notice of them. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. It has been an absolute pleasure hosting you and I hope to see you again in the future. Property Owner
