Diagonally opposite is a storage barn, occasionally used by the owner and very occasionally a tractor might trundle in front to attend to field maintenance.

A brilliant spot for walkers, or for just a quiet escape; no light pollution; pleasant lane walk to pub or Coast Path, but remember torch!
Welcombe Mouth: cove (rocks and sand at low-tide, great surfing) between spectacular cliffs in one of the most unspoilt parts of the West Country, and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
