“We have had a wonderful week at Woodstone Barn with our whole family.”

The barn was lovely and warm, very clean and comfortable. The play barn was an added bonus which was enjoyed by the whole family, including my grandson of 11 months.

The property

Woodstone Barn is the larger of two barn conversions, set within its own enclosed gardens on a Devon farm.

Boasting amazing, far-reaching views towards Dartmoor National Park and on a slope above the West Devon Way, this rural cottage offers an escape to the countryside for a family or group of eight.

The hallway leads to an open plan living area with a kitchen, plus the dining area is large enough to seat your whole group comfortably.

The living area has tall, vaulted ceilings and stairs rising to the first floor, where an open plan landing leads to a king-size double bedroom, a twin room with a Velux window, plus a room that can either be a sitting room or a bedroom, as there is a double sofa bed, a corner sofa, a TV and lovely views of the garden.

Guests will enjoy the cosy warmth which radiates from the woodburner to the first floor, as well as the double doors that lead out to the private patio, the perfect place to have a barbecue and unwind, as you gaze at the wonderful rural views reaching for miles.

Set amongst some of Devon's most natural, unspoilt countryside, a stay in this cosy, rural escape will leave you wanting to return for more.

This property can be booked alongside Ref: 999655 and together they sleep 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
