Take a short drive to Greendale Farm Shop for all your local produce, where there is a café, a small animal farm for children and also a fantastic fish and chip takeaway, which is highly recommended.

The White Horse Inn can be reached on foot within 5/10 mins and for younger children, Crealy is less than 2 miles.

The beaches of the East Devon coast are on the doorstep or a little further East head to the Jurassic Coast for a spot of fossil hunting.

Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are both within a short driving distance and offer miles of natural beauty, rugged grandeur, high moorlands and sheltered valleys.

A popular, picturesque Devon village, six miles from the seaside resort of Budleigh Salterton. The village is surrounded by Woodbury Common, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that offers many miles of pathways for walkers and cyclists.
