Elevated above Brixham’s bustling harbour with views that stretch out across the sea towards Torbay, Quayside View provides a welcoming home from home in this popular coastal destination.Offering hassle free, private parking, a real rarity in this busy little seaside town, a flight of steps leads up to the entrance and private patio that looks out towards the harbour.

Once inside the light interior is decorated and furnished in pale creams with nautical flourishes.

A seat in the window allowing you to unwind with a book whilst you take in the views.

The dining room benefits from a further comfy settee and offers plenty of space for children to play, whilst dinner is being prepared in the galley style kitchen.

Walk through to the rear hallway leading to the ground floor bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside a sunny rear courtyard is ideal for morning coffee.

Upstairs there are three pretty bedrooms.

A king-size double with glorious views across the town and out to sea, a twin room and a bunk room that children will love.

The front patio is equipped with table and chairs and makes the ideal place to enjoy a sundowner after a day on the beach.

Stroll down to the town and enjoy the array of restaurants and cafes that line the harbourside.

A dip in the iconic Shoalstone seawater pool will refresh you on hot summer days and there are some lovely little coves close by, namely Fishcombe and Churston that are ideal for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding and can be reached on foot.

Children will love the soft sandy beaches in nearby Torbay and for days out, Living Coasts, Quaywest and Paignton Zoo will keep little ones amused.

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.
