“We had a good stay in the quiet, comfortable and warm flat.”

The owner showed us how the heating, tv etc worked. We did feel that we could have been told how steep and narrow the lane was and how awkward it was to turn into the drive with 2 white pillars each side of the entrance. We had a good meal at the Cockhaven Arms and visited Totnes, Newton Abbot, Dawlish and Teignmouth. A good base in a lovely county.

Thanks so much for your feedback. It’s very important to us that guests should tell us about any concerns they have in or around the property. The nature of the village the property is in, is fairly typical Devon and consideration needs to be given when driving around. I know when we spoke before your arrival I was able to advise you on the best route to take. We’ve had considerable work done to the driveway to ensure guests have plenty of room to drive in and turn around but the large original gateposts at the entrance to the drive, though comfortably passable do require a bit of knack and knowhow. We live next to the holiday property and we’re always happy to advise and offer help. Again, thanks for your feedback, it was lovely having you stay. Property Owner
