Head up to the first floor and into the entrance hallway; here you can leave your sandy shoes ready to explore.

The open-plan living space is a stylish space that is fitted with contemporary kitchen amenities with an electric oven and gas to prepare home-cooked dishes.

It has a dining table for four, ideal for hosting small dinner parties and a long balcony with furniture to dine alfresco.

Watch the sunset over the horizon and when the evening cools, retire to the sitting area, with a beautiful arch and a plush sofa to binge-watch your shows on the TV.

For a moment of relaxation, venture to the tiled bathroom with the option for a bubble-bath or a wash in the walk-in shower.

Visit Taunton, this historic town is home to quaint parks like Vivary Park and French Weir Park, as well as the Museum of Somerset, where you can learn all about the county's rich history.

The large market town of Bridgewater is also worth a trip with plenty of attractions to keep you busy, like the Walled Gardens of Cannington and Tea Room, Blake Museum, and Somerset Brick and Tile Museum.

The popular seaside resort of Minehead occupies a wonderful sheltered spot beneath the dramatic North Hill, on the lovely West Somerset Coast. This welcoming town boasts a mile long esplanade, providing a wonderful backdrop to the golden beach, whilst the pretty harbour, visited in the summer by the famous paddle steamer Waverley, offers excellent fishing opportunities. Enjoy a nostalgic steam train journey from the seafront on the West Somerset Railway, or visit Blenheim Gardens, winner of many awards for its beautiful floral displays. Renowned for the largest herd of red deer in England, Exmoor National Park with its wooded valleys, pretty bridlepaths and heather clad moors, is well worth a visit, whilst the magnificent Norman Castle at nearby Dunster is a must.
