Situated in the heart of Ilfracombe, on the north coast of Devon, is this delightful ground-floor apartment, 1 Arlington Villas.

The property provides a light, airy and extremely welcoming accommodation, most suitable for friends or families looking to escape to the Devonshire coast.

Entering the property, you will find an open-plan living space with tiled flooring and large bay windows providing an abundance of natural light.

Curl up on the huge sofas and unwind in front of the wall-mounted TV and catch up on your favourite shows, or break out the popcorn and enjoy a family movie night.
