The property

Beautiful apartment with wonderful views out to sea sitting in the popular Victorian town of Ilfracombe.

This seaside town offers a host of activities whether you wish to laze at sunny cafes watching the world go by or see the sights.

The tunnels beach is a fabulous experience where you can learn about bathing in the Victorian times, hand carved in the 1820's you can walk through and admire the rugged landscape while the children play in the tidal pool or explore the rock pools.

The pretty harbour area is ideal for relaxing or to start your sailing adventures to the wildlife haven of Lundy Island or a coastal trip to find the seals.

A wide selection of pubs and restaurants are available offering tasty delights for everyone, book a table at Damien Hurst's restaurant, try some freshly caught fish and indulge in the essential Devon Cream Tea.

For the water enthusiast, there are an abundance of water sports and stretches of golden sands at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton and for shopping lovers, the market town of Barnstaple offers a good selection of shops, cinema and plenty of nightlife.
