The kitchen has been fitted to a high-standard, with pristine white units and sleek wooden worktops, housing all the appliances you could need to rustle up a delicious meal for your partner.

Retire to the king-size bedroom with its matching bedside tables and lamps so you can enjoy some late night reading.

Delight in the en-suite shower room with its deluxe fixtures and fittings so you can enjoy a warm soak at the end of a tiring day.

Seaton Beach is a lovely choice for a day out in the sea air, with large-pebble beach stretching over a mile long, and being gently sloping it's ideal for swimming or water sports like paddle-boarding or kayaking.

The area is also increasingly popular for sailing, horse riding, golf and the while surrounded by those scenic landscapes.

Two picture-perfect thatched pubs lie in the village of Kilmington, within easy walking distance of Cherry Tree Lodge, while a renowned farm shop, Millers Farm Shop holds lots of fantastic local and French produce.

Also nearby is the market town of Axminster for a range of traditional pubs and restaurants as well as a selection of shops and supermarkets for picking up those last-minute essentials.

The village of Kilmington is located in the county of Devon and is home to approximately 2,358 people. It is home to a few pubs and a shop, with its own primary School and a cricket ground. Situated within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its quaint villages and unspoilt countryside, there is so much to explore, and it's just a few miles inland of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, Kilmington is the perfect place to unwind and get back to nature. A few miles drive will bring you to Axminster, a larger market town built on a hill overlooking the River Axe heading towards the English Channel, with larger choice of shopping and cuisine. Or head south to the seaside and visit Lyme Regis, home to several beaches and cliff walks.
