    It’s ideal for our group. We love the space and use the deck for coffee and the roof to relax. Everything we need has been thought of. The setting is ideal for being able to access the outdoors. We have thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the beach. A great holiday for the whole family!

The property

In Challaborough, 150 yards up from the sandy, family-friendly Blue Flag beach, a stunning ultra-modern detached home, one of 12 newly built in a small, gated development.

A superb new seaside home, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach. Challaborough Bay: popular sandy bay flanked by private homes, a family run holiday park, and good fish ‘n’ chip café (seasonal), ½ mile from the pretty village of Ringmore and its real ale pub.

Bigbury-on-Sea and Burgh Island, ½ mile by coastal path, 3½ by car.
