The beautiful bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors, with one generous king size bedroom and a twin, another double bedroom and one bunk bed room on the second floor and another two generous king size bedrooms, a double bedroom and another twin room on the first floor, with five of the double rooms boasting en-suite bathrooms.

Each bedroom has been lovingly furnished in accordance with the rest of the property's high quality decoration, with plenty of storage and TVs in some of the rooms, offering elegant spaces to settle down in.

The location of Bay Tree House is just a short stroll from the beautiful beach where you'll discover it to be a haven for watersports enthusiasts all year round, with kayaks and paddle-boards available for hire locally, it's a scenic spot to enjoy overlooking the picturesque Lyme Bay.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
