The Loft

Lovely property, beds comfy needs a little tlc in places.

Frying pans were in need of replacement. Great location, close to beach and Tommy Jacks did the best pizza ever. Could do with some fans with this extreme weather and maybe to list all the beach equipment that is in the garage.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Loft Bude.

The house was very clean and it had everything we needed for our holiday. We were close to all amenities and also close to places like Padstow and Bodmin.

Extremely clean and well presented property in an excellent location close to all Budes beaches, bars and town centre.

This property is possibly in one of the best locations in Bude.

Immaculately clean, and everything catered for. This was our second stay there, can’t recommend it highly enough.

A lovely place to stay - great location, well furnished, light and airy, and I love that every room effectively has its own bathroom.

Superb accommodation with lots of extras.

Easy access into Bude town centre (10mins walk) and Crooklets beach just 300m away. Parking right outside the front door in a safe area. Highly recommended.

Great house, location good.

Only issue was rooms were very hot and radiators were on. I was unable to sort the temp controls to turn heating off. This made it unbearably warm at times as we had a great weather week.

Master on suite bedroom so perfect, if only we couuld have both enjoyedt it together but a snoring husband prevented that unfortunately so had to take it in turns for the big bed!

Obviously singlea were set up for you young adults/ children so bed length bit of an issue. However it didn’t spoil things. The Loft so spotlessly clean and decor furnishings beautiful A lovely destination and plenty to do, wish Crooklets beach was more dog friendly though, restricted to pre 10am or post 6pm. Others beaches available but not as conveniently close. So many lovely pubs and things to do. Everything you need. Must get in the sea pool next time

Really enjoyed our stay at The Loft, love the position in Bude, that is why we chose to stay here.

The location is amazing with just a five minute walk to Crooklets Beach. Will definitely book again!

The house was in a perfect location for us and our dog.

Close to the beach and town, with walks along the headland and the canal. The ground floor beds were slightly saggy. Nikki was great in sorting out the hot water system via a Plummer. A description in the folder would have been helpful for the hot water controls. The house was fully equipped which allowed us to home cook. The small enclosed garden perfect for our dog.

Lovely property, well located near to the beach, bars, eateries and supermarkets.

Although the property can sleep 6 there was only two of us so plenty of room! Good facilities and a well equipped kitchen. Peaceful area and a parking space. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks!

Light & airy. Great location. Sun trap garden during parts of the day. Storage excellent for beach & activity paraphernalia. Would definitely stay there again

Really enjoyed our stay at the Loft.

Fitted perfectly with our needs, with each of us having our own bathroom. Would certainly stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Just a note for the owner , the latch on the lounge door is broken and needs renewing. No big issue though. Regards Steve

very well equipped a bit to warm for us not used to underfloor heating , only thing wrong is the description of the property it is not semi detached it is terraced thus neighbours each side not just the one we had no problems but when buyer of number eleven take ownership there may be .

My only observation is that we did not find the twin beds in the downstairs bedroom very comfortable.

As this room is probably used a lot by Grandparents beds a bit more conducive to age 60 plus would have suited us better. So saying the house was a great design and the upstairs bedroooms were lovely especially the master bedroom and so much equipment that a holiday home requires. Great drying spaces too. So convenient for Crooklets beach and the beach cafe which we frequented for coffees, cakes, meals, drinks. Plus not too far to Summerleaze beach and the sea pool either. Lovely seafront walks. Also easy walking to Sainsburys ( corner shop!!!) and the town. A lovely quiet spot band ideal for a stay in glorious Bude.

Lovely house in quiet location, well equipped, walking distance to shops, supermarkets and beach. Off road parking is a bonus too. Would have stayed longer if it had been available. Loved my sunset walks on the beach. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely clean & comfortable property.

Has it's own parking space in a quiet residential area, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach & a 10-15 minute stroll to Sainsbury's & the town centre. Is well equipped & great with the floor to ceiling patio doors, making it light & with a nice view. Caretaker was very helpful when I needed help to work out the heating system. Will stay there again when next visiting Bude.

Great accommodation and brilliant location for the beach which is only a very very short walk away.

Also the town is also only 5 minute walk away.

This is a beautiful seaside hideaway a stunning location right next to the beach and a stroll away from the sea pool.

Comfy cool and beautiful decor . Spotlessly clean and everything you need. Will be back.

There was limited comfy seating for six people unless children quite small.

Otherwise good position and walks, friendly people and plenty of poop bins. Would certainly consider returning.

Being so close to Crooklets Beach and easy walk to town was excellent.

5 Stars all round, the house was wonderfully presented, comfortable and had everything needed for a great holiday.

So close to the beach and all the amenities and easy to navigate around beautiful Cornwall and all it has to offer. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, a real home from home, made for a stress free week.

I would go back to The Loft like a shot, brilliant stay thank you.

Great holiday cottage, only a few minutes walk and you are on the beach which was fantastic.

House was lovely, very comfortable and clean. Living space might be a bit crowded with 6 adults but perfect for 2 or 4 or families with younger children. We had great weather so ideal location for dog walks on the beach or along the coastal path. Lovely not to have to always get in the car.

Bigger and better than it looked in the advert and the facilities and equipment were amazing - short of nothing.

Lovely place, could do with a bigger TV in the bedroom (in particular for the winter months).

Main bed could do with an upgrade (not used the raised edges) other than that perfect!!! small issues just FYI, upstairs bathroom shower dripping, bath panel lose. fridge makes a high pitch noise (off putting while watching TV). Thank you

We've been here a few years now and it is always a pleasure to be back.

Very comfortable, well kept property.

All as described. Easy access and highly recommended.

Spacious modern house situated on the quieter side of Bude, less than 5 mins walk to Crooklets beach or to reach the coastal path along the cliff tops to the north of Bude.

Easy walk through open green space uphill to Sainsbury's or Co-op at the top of town and then down the main high street, to the canal and Castle areas. One parking space available directly outside the property at the end of the carports. But there was always a space for the second car on a nearby road, even in the school summer holidays. Well equipped accommodation with some added extras. Comfortable beds and great to have three showers, plus a washer, dryer and rotary dryer in the back garden. Good communication from Kelvin the caretaker. We had a lovely week in beautiful Bude despite the variable weather and definitely enhanced by the convenient location of The Loft. Highly recommended.

The house was great but the location, near the beach and the cliffs, was even better.

It was also just a short walk to the shops , pubs and cafes.

Beautiful house brilliant location plenty to do in bude without having to move the car supermarket pubs restaurants all in walking distance.

Great location, nice clean house with amazing power showers The beds were atrocious, no support and all lumpy.

We got little sleep and it ruined our holiday We wouldn’t rebook this house unless decent mattresses were purchased
