On arrival after a very long journey, there were no toilet rolls, hand soap or towels in the property. Our first job was to get back in the car and go shopping for toilet rolls and soap. Towels and bedding arrived later. We have never stayed in accommodation before that does not provide these essential basics. Possibly an oversight?? The freezer needed defrosting; impossible to open the drawers without damaging them. The controls for the bath/shower need attention from a plumber as it was very difficult to adjust the temperature. Other than that it was okay.
