The property

Perched on the outskirts of Burnham-On-Sea in Somerset and set on the site of Brean Leisure Park is this delightful lodge, 14 Fairways.

All-ground-floor and sleeping up to eight guests, 14 Fairways is the perfect tourist base with a whole host of amenities right on your doorstep in the leisure park, as well as being within easy reach of the famous Cheddar Caves and Weston-Super-Mare.

Arriving at the property, you will find convenient parking for three cars on the private driveway so you can unload your bags with ease and step into the lodge to begin your holiday.

Be charmed by the spacious open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, where you can cosy up with loved ones with a glass of wine and enjoy your favourite film on the TV, cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen and impress your guests or settle down to enjoy a board game around the dining table as you discuss plans for the days ahead.

After a long day of exploring, you can retire to one of four tastefully decorated bedrooms, comprising two king-size and two twins, all of which have ample storage for your belongings.

Indulge in a hot soak with your favourite book in the bathtub in family bathroom or freshen up in the shower room, both of which offer Jack and Jill access to the king-size bedrooms.

The town of Burnham-on-Sea is conveniently situated just minutes from the M5; it's an ideal touring base from which to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and its famous attractions. It has something for everyone, including seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing and donkey rides, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool and sports academy, gardens, bi-annual food and drink festival, live music, Guy Fawkes carnival, and a 36 hole championship golf course. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing clifftop walks, are within easy reach, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city with its beautiful cathedral, Glastonbury, with its mystical connections to King Arthur is central to the Avalon marshes, one of the largest lowland wetlands in the UK, a complex landscape teeming with wildlife.
